Grendene USA, Inc. is the U.S. distributor of Brazilian brands iPANEMA and Rider.
Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Grendene USA, Inc. is an independent subsidiary of Grendene S.A. of Farroupilha, Brazil. With a well-established parent company's presence in South America, Grendene USA, Inc. entered the U.S. market in 1982, launching its first line of women's and children's Jellies at the World's Fair in Knoxville, Tenn. Selling first through independent distributors, Grendene USA, Inc. opened its U.S. office in December 1994, and three months later established its own sales force.
